The landscape of Bangladesh is for a large part dominated by the riverdelta of the mighty Ganges. The millions of people that live in this delta have gotten used to living with the rising and falling water. It provides farmers with fertile soil and fishermen with rich waters. Every few years a natural disaster causes great losses of lifes and homes. A small hospitalship tries to provide poor villagers on the many islands and peninsulas with basic medical care that they would otherwise have no acces to. |
